Wim de Smet is Exaserv’s founder and current CEO. He has over 20 years of experience with SAP HCM, Time and Attendance and SuccessFactors deployments. He serves as an executive sponsor on Exaserv’s larger projects steering committees and ensures the projects are successful. As CEO of Exaserv, Wim’s professional experience continues to be heavily focused on the SAP/SuccessFactors market with his main goal to bring the best possible solutions to our customers. His specialties include SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, Human Resource Strategic Consulting, Talent Management & Payroll, Global Roll-outs, Enterprise Compensation Management, and Performance Management.

Bryant Bateman is Exaserv’s company President and serves as Chief Operation Officer. He has over 20 years’ experience in SAP HCM, Payroll systems, and SuccessFactors. He has led global HR projects with Lockheed Martin, JohnsonDiversey, Coca-Cola enterprise, Steelcase and other large global enterprises. Most recently he was responsible as program manager for Mohawk Industries conversion from Workday to SuccessFactors for 35k employees globally. This included core HR, payroll and all talent modules for over 30 countries and multiple business units.

As President Europe & Chief Marketing Officer of Exaserv, Yves professional experience continues to be heavily focused on the SAP and SuccessFactors market with his main goal to bring the best possible solutions to his customers. He believes leadership, being innovative, and putting people first are the main things to take into account. Since the start of his professional career, he is passionate about HR Technology and promotes well-integrated systems. In his role of CMO he is the HR Rockstar his clients feel confident with.

As the CTO, Kyung Kim leads Exaserv’s Technology Center with emphasis on integrations and innovative client services. He has provided HRIS consulting and implementation services since 1998 and has an extensive experience in partnering with internal customers and external partners in designing and implementing strategic HR solutions. He has a reliable track record of managing and leading many successful SAP HR and SuccessFactors projects across various industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and energy.
