How Carmeuse Leverages Employee File Management to Drive HR Operational Efficiency

  • Enterprise Scan can be used without security concerns
    • Temporary employees were used for initial scanning activities and did not require access to the HCM system/data
    • HR employees with minimal HCM access or knowledge can easily use Enterprise Scan
  • Documents from previous HRIS system are searchable
  • Easy to train anyone how to use the software
