The shift in human experience

Today, it’s all about delivering outstanding consumer experiences, in other words: Moments that matter. SAP HR identified the moments that matter to employees, and now working on improving them by combining X (experience) and O (operational) data. SuccessFactors users are able to get totally new insights. SAP discussed how visionary companies in the new Experience frontier will create a virtuous cycle of sustained enthusiasm that is people-centered which will enable organizational agility and unsurpassed ability to innovate.

Major changes for SAP Payroll clients

SAP SuccessFactors has made a few announcements regarding the journey to the cloud for its customers. SAP HCM for S/4 can be operated within the S/4 HANA Suite and thus follows the general maintenance commitment for the S/4 HANA Suite (beyond 2025 through at least 2030). Aside from this, the number of Employee Central Payroll customers doubled from 2018 to 2019. Why? People Analytics roadmap

WFA lives on as Advanced Edition and remains an important part of a People Analytics strategy and program. The most common misconceptions are that People Analytics replaces WFA and/or the embedded edition with the new SAC tools makes WFA/Advanced Edition unnecessary. An update to the Embedded edition roadmap is that customers will now have a projected 36 months after General Availability (GA) to run legacy reports.
